Love it! Great weekly rate. Great staff at the front desk. Stayed here for over two months and everyday came in from work to a clean room, made bed, new towels and toiletries, ECT. Would definitely come back. Walmart right across the street. Great experience.
My husband and I stayed here during the power outage after the storms and we had a wonderful experience. The room was VERY clean, up to date, very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating and could not have been nicer. I would recommend Towne Inn to anyone needing a place to stay.
Great clean rooms at a great low price. Comfy bed, soft sheets, full size tub. Had a minor issue with our room key, but all the attendants were friendly & helpful. Great location, 20 minutes from Majestic Caverns.
All I can say is that for the age of the property it is very well maintained looked like our room had just been remodeled. The front desk staff are very friendly and courteous. Lisa and Steve were very knowlegable about the area and were able to take care of our every need. They are what makes this place memorable, we will be back on our next trip through Sylacauag.
Thisplace is 5 star. They have excellent water pressure in showers. The fridge is so cold. The beds sleep so good. The staff is superb. We wont stay any where else. Its the best motel in sylacauga.
Very nice staff and nicely lite up at night. Not a 4 or 5 star hotel but it is clean and a safe place to stay. We stay there 3 to 5 days per week. Not expensive
If you are wading through reviews trying to decide on booking a room at this facility, you can take comfort in the positive comments. This place is under recent new management and they have restored this hotel to it's former glory. Rooms are clean, no evidence of pests, super friendly staff. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.
This place has rooms just as nice as the big name hotels. Seriously. I was surprised. Nice tv. Beds. Decor. Mini fridge didn't work. But we didn't care. Microwave and nice bathroom as well. Good DirecTV cable as well. Would definitely stay here again
It wasn't a bad place to stay. Just make sure you specify smoking/non-smoking for sure. Was there for out of town work. The Mexican restaurant next door is a huge plus...so good and cheap prices. Staff was very nice and helpful
